Warranty, Returns, & Refund Policy


Extended & Manufacturer Warranties

A majority of what we sell still has the original manufacturer warranty. Most manufacturers offer extended warranties that can be purchased online by registering your product serial number with them.

Our Warranty

All systems come with a 12 month limited warranty. This warranty covers the cost and labor of replacing the defective part.

Here are some examples of what is covered.

  • The screen on your laptop goes out.
  • The fan in your computer gets very noisy.
  • The hard drive goes bad.
  • One of the keys on the keyboard stops working.

We cannot warranty the following below.

  • Physical damage caused by dropping the item.
  • Damage from liquid.
  • Damage from upgrades or repair attempts not directed by us.
  • Abuse & neglect. (I left my computer on the back porch for a month and a animal of your choice chewed on it.)
  • Software issues (We can email you a link to the Manufactures website in which you can download & reinstall the operating system.)
  • Viruses
  • Broken screen or LCD.
  • Any physically broken part


Batteries are warrantied for 180 days after the system is received. The systems we sell and ship have batteries that test to have at least 80% life remaining.


All undamaged electronics and systems sold as “Open Box” or “Refurbished” can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees will be included for any missing parts. Defective items will be replaced or refunded per our discretion. Our discretion is used to keep unscrupulous buyers from taking advantage of us. Returned items that are claimed to be defective and found not to be defective will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless customer chooses to pay to have item shipped back to them. Customer must contact us prior to returning products in order to receive a return number. Return shipping must be covered by the returnee. Refunds will be issued same way that payment was received by us.

Items sold as “New” can only be returned if unopened. Please contact us for a return number. There is a 15% restocking fee. If item is returned and we find that the product has been opened then there will be an additional fee. Return shipping must be covered by the returnee.

If customer receives a shipment that appears to be damaged by the shipping carrier. Customer must immediately note damages with shipping carrier at time of delivery. Contact us for help facilitating carrier claim if there is damage to the product.

Non returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


Once your return is received we will inspect and test it as quickly as possible. This is typically the same or next business day. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have submitted your refund. If there are any missing parts or any additional fees we will notify you prior to submitting a refund in order to try an resolve the issue.

Refunds are issued the same way that payment was submitted.
